    We inspect against the written scope on a set schedule, and you can reach us on the one number in between.

How do you handle our keys and alarm codes?

Keys and codes go to your named team, the same people every visit, not a rotating roster. Every member of our staff is police-checked.

Do you clean on Saturdays?

We know the car trade sells on weekends and the showroom has to be ready for it. Tell us what your weekend coverage needs to look like at the walkthrough and it goes into the written scope.

Are we locked into a contract?

No lock-in contract. Your scope and your price are in writing, and the notice period is agreed at the walkthrough and written in alongside them.

What insurance do you carry?

Prospace Cleaning holds $20 million in Public Liability insurance. Our certificate of currency is available on request. Our staff are experienced, police-checked and insured.

Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?

Our cleaners are employees, not subcontractors. You will know the names of the people on your site before they start, and the same team comes back each visit. Every one of them is police-checked.

What happens when something gets missed?
